Must be capable of demonstrating experience in conducting analysis and developing solutions and in the application of information technology. Produces and reviews technical documentation reflecting detailed knowledge of specific technical area. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or service, and suggests changes to increase efficiency. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline. 10 years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education. Knowledge and Experience: 10 year minimum experience required. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
