Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.

Responsibilities:
The Clinical Coordinator will serve as a clinic lead for primary care and specialty practices.
Performs continuing educational training and assessment for understanding of best practices.
Will assist in the creation and lead the implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
Assesses clinical patient care areas and clinical staff to ensure industry regulations and standards are met.
Trains Wellstone staff on clinical competencies and will maintain/update the clinical competency checklists as needed.
Assists, trains, and supports phlebotomy needs for Wellstone.
Occasionally assists with daily operations of clinic.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Texas Licensure as Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) from an accredited institution.
BLS certification through American Heart Association OR American Red Cross.

years' experience of clinical training.
Proficient with Electronic Health Records.
Preferred Job Requirements:
3
years in a clinic setting preferredAbout the Company:
