The ideal candidate will have an understanding of autism and experience in working with children and adolesents; provide therapy through a trauma informed care lens; reliable and motivated by getting a job done well.
Requirements:
Master's degree in special education or related field Hold a current BACB certification and LBA.
Pass an approved course in ethics and scope of practice.
Ability to demonstrate competence in behavioral management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills, and interpersonal relations.
Ability to work with a variety of clients of varying ages and functionality, and with minimal direction.
