As a Production Specialist, you will be essential in helping us make great things by helping ensure the required specifications and high-quality expectations are met for all manufactured products.
The ideal Production Specialist has a passion for learning new skills, producing high-quality work, and improving processes.
This role will:
Assist in painting activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
Assist in finish flooring installation to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Assist in finish carpentry work such as installing trims, moldings, and cabinetry to meet project requirements.
Assist in rough carpentry work to ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
Assist in framing activities to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the build.
Provide support to the team in the installation of wall systems.
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete tasks.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
This role might be a good fit for you if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
The ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to read and follow production specifications and instructions.
Good multitasking and time management skills.
Experience working with hand and power tools is a plus.
Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus.
