As a Production Technician I, you will be essential in helping us make great things by helping ensure the required specifications and high-quality expectations are met for all manufactured products.
The ideal Production Technician I has a passion for learning new skills, producing high-quality work, and improving processes.
This role will:
Independently perform painting activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
Perform finish flooring installation to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
Complete framing activities to ensure the structural integrity and quality of the build.
Perform rough and finish carpentry work to ensure adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.
Complete the installation of wall systems.
Perform rough electrical work such as running wires and installing electrical boxes.
Assist in finish electrical work such as installing light fixtures and outlets.
Assist in mechanical/HVAC work such as installing ductwork, fans, and HVAC systems.
Aid in the coordination and completion of STC/RF door installations, contributing to a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Support the training of Production Specialists I, II, and III by providing guidance and assistance whenever needed.
Use basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete tasks.
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
This role might be a good fit for you if you have:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification.
OSHA safety training.
The ability to complete painting and finish flooring work according to company standards without oversight.
The ability to complete rough carpentry, finish carpentry, framing and wall systems work according to project plans.
Experience assisting with rough electrical work, finish electrical work, and mechanical/HVAC work according to project plans.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to read and follow production specifications and instructions.
Good multitasking and time management skills.
Previous manufacturing or construction experience.
