Inside you'll find 40 foot textured walls with top rope stations, auto-belays, a lead wall, a free-standing boulder, a bouldering area, and a fitness area.
Whether you're new to climbing, a pro, or somewhere in the middle, you're invited to come climb at Boulders.
We are a small family-owned business looking for passionate people to join our team! Job Duties and Responsibilities Welcoming and checking in customers with a positive, informative, and upbeat attitude.
Performing a safety orientation to customers.
Actively monitoring safety throughout the facility.
Ensuring cleanliness of the facility throughout shift.
Striving for customer satisfaction and success at climbing with tips.
Use of RockGymPro (computer software).
Use of POS system, card processing, and cash register.
Membership and Punch Pass sales.
Answering phone calls and questions with a positive, informative, and upbeat attitude.
Booking events over the phone and in person.
Performing opening and closing tasks.
Performing daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
Teaching the belay class.
Position Requirements Able to speak loud and clear with confidence to customers.
Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
Basic math and cash handling experience.
Strong phone and computer skills.
Strong communication skills.
Enthusiastic, organized, and friendly.
Comfortable opening and closing alone.
Must be able to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle or feel objects or tools.
Reliable form of transportation.
Available to work morning Unit PT's, overnight Lock-Ins, and Portable Wall Events.
Preferred Qualifications 1
year of customer service experience.
1
year of front desk experience.
Avid rock climber.
